In this Eurex Focus Day, we will explore the latest regulatory developments around EMIR 3.0 and the Active Account Requirement (AAR). With the final Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) now published by ESMA and the AAR in effect as of 24 June, this session will provide timely and practical insights into what the new rules mean for market participants.
In addition to the regulatory update, we will provide an overview of Eurex’s latest developments around OTC IRD clearing and the STIR markets. Our speakers will share insights into Eurex’s roadmap, key initiatives to support client onboarding, and the continued growth of our liquidity pools.
This is also an opportunity to explore how the AAR can be leveraged beyond compliance to unlock strategic benefits through Eurex’s integrated ecosystem.
